The city is abounding with the best of the best of everything - there’s awesome bars, excellent clubbing and eateries that’ll keep you coming back for more every time. London is far and wide regarded as one of the “gay” centres of the world and is home to the largest gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (GBLT) body in Europe.

Owing to the yearly ‘Soho Pride’, ‘Pride London’ and London’s Gay & Lesbian Film Festival - and probably some of the most stunning gay club nights you’ll find on the planet - there is a place to enthral you all year round.

Several of the best bars right in the centre of London can be found in the celebrated gay location of Soho. Soho is fantastic since everywhere is within walking distance, it’s awake all night and you will regularly find bars open to keep you entertained till late. ‘Profile’, a brilliant little bar off Old Compton Street (known as London’s ‘Gay’ road), is famous for its excellent cocktails and ambiance. There is also ‘Friendly Society’ which is as welcoming as the name implies, the drinks can be a little pricey but it is sure to be a wonderful experience - there is an awesome bunch of people and the DJ’s are just sensational.

More acclaimed bars are Green Carnation, Bar Code, Freedom, The Edge, G-A-Y Bar, Village, Ku Bar, Candy Bar, The Yard and the more traditional Compton’s and Admiral Duncan, to mention a few.

Some of the best nights are likewise the most famous places. Folk cannot possibly have a night out in London should they are visiting without popping over to G-A-Y, generally described as the definitive camp Mecca. Amazing tunes, awesome folks and low priced drinks, - a joint for every gay person in London to see! You’ve also got Heaven, found just off the Strand. This is a bit more dear but it has an incredible ambiance and has enough areas to indulge every inclination in music.

Additional locations comprise of Soho Revue Bar & Shadow Lounge. The up and coming area for more resolute clubbers is a little bit further out in Vauxhall. A lot of outstanding night loving / after hours venues & bars include Area, Crash, Barcode Vauxhall & Fire as well as special nights at Club Coliseum and the world class Vauxhall Tavern. UK Car Scene

When I was a kid I was well into my cars, I loved cruising around in my small engined lexus and Generally messing about cars. I spent years learning mechanics and how to fix up used cars, I would spend Saturday trawling through the used cars for sale pages of the paper and buying small cars, doing them up and selling them on. This works pretty damn well, I have probably done this process over 50 times, starting with cars in west wales then upscaling to doing cars within 100 miles - It was a busy few years but I made a good killing from the used car fixing process. Its calming too doing mechanics, just pissing about with oil spanners and parts. Fixing new break pads, doing the basics. Its been tempting recently to rejuvenate an old classic…but maybe thats a bit of a big process.

What Motivates You To Buy?

Filed under: Sellers Market @ 12:52 am

Think about your last major purchase. How did the internal
buying process start? Something motivated and/or triggered your
“interest, want, or need”. What was that?

Was it a quick decision? If so, what prompted you to move
forward so quickly? Was it a long decision? If so, what stopped
you from moving forward initially?

The world “revolves” around Buying and Selling

Most people make buying decisions on Beliefs and
Promises.

~ What will this purchase help me accomplish?

~ How will it help me look?

~ How will it make me feel?

~ How will others see me?

Common Major Purchases:

~ Home

~ Car

~ Truck

~ Business

~ “Once in a Lifetime Vacation”

~ College Education

~ Wedding

~ Household Furniture

~ Home Remodeling

A number of these purchases are “need” based but you
don’t need a $500,000. Home; a $50,000. Vehicle;
or a $20,000. Vacation - or do you? The better question
is “Why”.

Common Buying Triggers:

~ Fear

~ Ego

~ Status

~ Safety

~ Comfort

~ Excitement/Fun

~ Pride

~ Greed

~ Desire

~ Insecurity

These emotions are based around “Beliefs” or
“Promises”:

~ What will this purchase help me accomplish?

~ How will it make me look?

~ How will it make me feel?

~ How will others see me?

Why is this important ?? You are the Buyer and the
Seller. Sell from the BUYER’S perspective and you
have the Promise of more sales.

What was important to YOU in the BUYING process?

~ Affordability? - not to be confused with “I don’t have
the money to buy this” but rather “I don’t see the value,
therefore I can’t seem to find the money to afford it”.

~ Variety? One size does not fit all.

~ Timing? Is there ever a better time than NOW?

~ Credibility? How could you know for sure?

Years of experience have proven that regardless of age, sex, or
ethnicity, WE will continue to make buying decisions for
different reasons but remain motivated by Beliefs or
Promises.

Master this and you’re on your way to unraveling the
Simple yet Complex world of “Selling”.
