Fixies have always been in my blood, I first rode a fixed gear bike (like most of us) at the young age of 4, (most of us because all kids bikes are fixed gear!)
Since then Ive had 7-10 bikes of which only one had gears, purely by choice - I am addicted to fixed-gear bikes I just love them, the simplicity, the control and the lightness of the ride and the bike are something which just drive me wild for some reason. Others may call me mad to be this pationate about my bike but I just cant think of anything nicer than going out for a city ride on a fixed gear.
Of course those mountain bikers might detest me but bleeeeh to them, they would suffer where I am from, the city!
